Local Market Update December 2016

Our final month of 2016 was a very busy one that was very reflective of a busy but productive year in 2016. The month started with the news that Kevin was ranked number 40 internationally the previous month and the office number 98. This is for over 1000 offices, nearly 10,000 agents spreads across 10 countries, what an amazing result. The month also finished on a high with Aaron completing three sales on the last auction weekend for the year, all over $1 million dollars in value and some outstanding results and very happy vendors. It was also a very busy month for the rental team with good letting and new management numbers. The most pleasing aspect of the month for the property management team was the team displayed for the month, with everyone working so closely together to achieve some great results. The month also saw Sareth joining us as our new director of first impressions and we look forward to her input and friendly and warm welcome when you call or enter our office.

It was a very social month with plenty of drinks and lunches to celebrate the year and we also celebrated the wedding of Sam and Tammy during the month and Kevin and Lizzy also announced their engagement too. Is has been an amazing year with plenty of records set and is only just the beginning of what we have in store for the years to come with some great targets and plans for 2017 and the years to come. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our team for all the hard work and long hours it takes to achieve the results we have and also our clients for trusting us with their properties throughout the year.
