Once your application has been approved by the Rental Provider of the property your property manager will contact you and advise you of the good news.
Upon your verbal acceptance of the property, your property manager will be in touch to organise for you to sign all of the necessary tenancy documentation, including signing of lease agreements.
An email will then be sent to you confirming in writing your approval, commencement date, rent and bond amount.
At your lease sign up appointment you will be required to pay the bond via Simple Rent. Your property manager will also provide you with a specialised electronic ‘Welcome Pack’ which contains the following;
– Renters information and FAQ
– Maintenance request form
– Rent payment information and options
Your property manager will also discuss ‘Home Now’. Home Now is a free utility connections company which can assist you with the move into your new home by connecting electricity, gas, internet etc.
Prior to your lease commencement you will be required to pay the first month’s rent, again payable to Ray White Cheltenham through Simple Rent. You will then be asked to sign for the keys to your new home and a copy of the Condition Reports photos.
You will also be given an electronic copy of the condition report, which needs to be submitted to our office, with any additional comments within 5 business days.
