Kyle Dorman

Kyle was lucky enough to grow up in the beautiful countryside of Korumburra in the South Gippsland region.  Completing school at the local college he went onto roles locally in accounts and surveying property which set him in good stead for the transition into his long term interest of real estate operations.

Heading into the city Kyle began his real estate career in 2013 with a real estate firm in St Kilda and quickly proved himself to have a natural affiliation with the industry progressing quickly to a senior property manager role and trust account management.

Kyle enjoys real estate due to the variety day to day and the constant learning and development, exposure to a wide range of properties and the diversity of the people it enables him to meet and build strong business relationships with.  Kyle believes his positive attitude is paramount to him enjoying his job and providing his clients with the best possible service at all times.

2016 saw Kyle decide to return closer to home which included bringing his valuable skills to the Ray White team in the property management department before quickly transitioning into the Operations team and undertaking a variety of roles across the business. In 2019 Kyle took over the Management for the operations team and now focuses on the overall operation of the business.

In his spare time Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and playing sport with cricket being a favourite.
